No more deposits necessary

As we've grown at HALL MADDEN, we've always worked to ensure new clients would be able to easily arrange an appointment with us at our fit studios. 

So, now we're making it easier than ever for new clients to book an appointment with our online scheduling system -- no more deposit necessary. 

Previously, we required a $150 deposit for each new client booking, which would then be credited towards the final purchase price. This was our policy since the beginning to ensure we could reserve private appointment times for all of our clients and respect everyone's time.

As we've grown in each of our locations, we recognize pulling out your wallet and entering credit card information -- especially on mobile phones -- is a pain. So, we've eliminated that friction for all our clients -- old and new.

All of our offices -- New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Chicago, San Francisco, and Portland -- will remain by appointment only and for new clients we'll be reaching out personally by phone to get in touch to confirm your appointments and answer any questions you may have before coming in to see us. 

An appointment can be made up to 24 hours in advance through our website. Same-day appointments are subject to availability and require a phone call to our support line at 872-228-9910. 

We will still be doing deposits for our on-site home and office visits in Miami & Orange County as those appointments require our fit specialists to make special arrangements. As always, this deposit will be a credit toward purchase.
