Over 200 Hands-On Steps

Each garment passes through more than 200 individual construction and finishing steps, completed by skilled makers in Europe.

    Cutting & Preparation

    Individual garment components are cut and prepared according to each client’s measurements and selected design.

    Canvas Construction

    Canvas, cloth and internal components are carefully assembled to create the structure and balance of the garment.

  3. 03

    Sewing & Assembly

    Skilled operators guide each seam and component through the construction process, combining specialized machinery with detailed handwork.

  4. 04

    Shaping & Finishing

    Every garment is hand pressed and shaped multiple times throughout the process to achieve its final form.

  5. 05

    Final Details

    Buttons, detailing, finishing work and final quality checks complete the garment before it leaves the workshop.
